Ingredients:

2 tbl cornstarch
1/2 oz chicken broth (1 can)
1 tbl soy sauce
1 lb boned and skinned chicken breasts cut into strips
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp garlic powder
2 cup snow peas
1 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped celery
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix cornstarch, 1 cup broth and soy sauce.

Stir fry chicken in nonstick skillet until browned. Remove chicken.

Add remaining broth, ginger, garlic and vegetables. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender crisp.

Add cornstarch mixture. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring. Return chicken to skillet and heat through. Serve over rice.
