4 cup	Very cold skim milk
1 pkt	Reduced-cal instant chocolate pudding mix (4-ser. size)
	Few drops mint extract or rum extract, (optional)

Instructions:

Instructions: In a blender container combine milk, pudding mix. and extract.

Cover and blend till smooth. Add ice cubes; cover and blend till combined.

Let stand 3 minutes to thicken slightly.

Makes 5 (8 oz) servings.
