1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tbl baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 x egg, well beaten
4 tbl butter, melted
1/2 cup Pet milk
1/2 cup water
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all ingredients together, except the last two. Pour into cake pan.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
