1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup Kraft Real Mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard
8 slc Oscar Mayer Center Cut Bacon cooked, and
cut in half
2 x English muffins split, toasted
4 slc tomato (optional)
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook yogurt, mayo and mustard in small saucepan on low heat 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently.

Place 4 bacon pieces on each English muffin half. Top each with 1 tomato slice and 1 egg. Spoon warm yogurt mixture over eggs. Sprinkle with paprika or chopped fresh parsley, if desired.

This recipe yields 4 servings.

Variation - Eggs Florentine: Place 2 tablespoons cooked steamed spinach on top of tomato before topping with egg and yogurt mixture.
