1/3 cup Light cream
1/2 cup White sugar
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1 env unflavored gelatin
2 cup Sour cream
2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 jar caramel sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat cream, white sugar, brown sugar and gelatin together over low heat until sugars and gelatin have dissolved. Fold in sour cream and vanilla.

Pour mixture into shallow pan. Chill. Serve with caramel sauce and fresh fruit.

Approximately 5-7 minutes.
