1/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sifted self-rising flour
1 cup sugar, divided
1 cup canned sliced peaches, drained
1 cup blueberries, drained
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt margarine in an 8 x 8 x 2 in baking pan. Combine milk, flour and 1/2 c sugar in bowl; mix thoroughly. Pour into pan over melted margarine. Do not stir. Combine remaining ingredients; pour into middle of pan over batter. Do not stir. Preheat gas grill. Cook with cover down, on medium setting 35 minutes or until done.

Makes 4 servings.

NOTE: Other fruit may be substituted.
