Instructions: In a small bowl, combine parsley, garlic, lemon rind and juice; set aside.
Cut Camembert in half to make 2 discs. Spread parsley mixture over bottom half; top with remaining cheese. Place in heatproof serving dish; cover with foil and bake in 375 oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is softened and starts to melt. Makes 4 servings. Email this Recipe:
