Instructions: Line two greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pans with waxed paper; grease paper.

Combine cake mix, egg, water, salt and lemon extract in large bowl of electric mixer. Beat two minutes at medium speed. Add 3 eggs; b eat w minutes longer.

Mix flour and remaining ingredients; stir into cake batter.

Pour into the two prepared pans.

Bake at 275 degrees for about two hours.
