Instructions: Place two or three cans of chili or ranch beans in the bottom of a 8 or 9 inch square pan. Sprinkle with 4 oz. grated cheese. Mix 1 small package of corn bread mix as directed and add 1 small can drained diced green chilies.
Pour on top of beans and bake until beans are bubbly and corn bread is lightly browned. (20 min.) You may wish to sprinkle top of corn bread with cheese the last 5 minutes of cooking time. Email this Recipe:
