Amount Ingredient
For each pound of ground beef/turkey ----------------
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushroom sauce
1 can mushrooms (optional)* drained and rough chopped
1 x egg
ketchup
Worcestershire Sauce
dry chopped onion
salt and pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: * If using optional mushrooms, I use 1 can for up to 2 lbs of meat.

Recipe note: I use 1/2 pound each of lean ground beef and ground turkey.

Preheat oven to 350*

Patties:
To the ground meat add the egg, some salt and pepper to taste, a couple of dashes of Worcestershire Sauce, and some dry chopped onion to taste, and some ketchup. This should be just a little "denser" then a meatloaf mixture Mix this well and form into patties. (I get about 6 for one pound of meat) Dredge the patties in the flour and brown in a skillet with a little oil. Do NOT cook the patties, only brown them on each side. This takes just a couple of minutes.

Gravy:
While the patties are browning, combine the can of cream of mushroom soup, mushroom sauce, and the chopped mushrooms. I add a couple more shakes of Worcestershire Sauce to the gravy, and sometimes a little bit more of the dry onion flakes.

Once the patties are browned, remove them from skillet and put in a baking dish. Pour the gravy over them and bake for 30 minutes.

This is delicious served with mashed potatoes and put the extra gravy over them. We NEVER have leftovers of this one!!! Enjoy!

NOTES : Recipe note: I use 1/2 pound each of lean ground beef and ground turkey.
