Instructions: Saute seafood in butter, starting with shrimp, then scallops, then crab, being careful not to overcook or break up the seafood. Add the mushrooms and steam until softened. Add the soups and heat through carefully. Add sherry to taste. Serve from a chafing dish over low heat with cooked rice, noodles or chow mein noodles.
