Ingredients:

1/2 cup cubed fully cooked ham
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
2 x -3 medium potatoes, diced, boiled (Yukon Gold preferred)
1 x (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup milk
1/8 tsp pepper
2 slc (2 ounces) process Swiss cheese
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large saucepan, combine ham, cabbage, undrained corn, chicken broth, milk and pepper. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 5 minutes or until cabbage is tender crisp. Tear cheese into pieces. Add to saucepan, stirring till melted. To serve, ladle into soup bowls. Sprinkle parsley over each.

Makes 4 servings.
