Instructions: In a large saucepan, combine ham, cabbage, undrained corn, chicken broth, milk and pepper. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 5 minutes or until cabbage is tender crisp. Tear cheese into pieces. Add to saucepan, stirring till melted. To serve, ladle into soup bowls. Sprinkle parsley over each.
