Instructions: In a large skillet, saute onion in vegetable oil until light brown. Add chicken and brown both sides. Sprinkle flour, ginger and curry powder into pan and stir. Add honey, soy sauce, bouillon cubes and water, bring to boil; simmer for 5 minutes. Add rice and carrots. Stir and simmer uncovered for another 25 to 30 minutes.
