Instructions: Spray the bottom of a medium saucepan with PAM. Saute onion and garlic over low heat until onion is translucent, about 5 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, carrot, basil, oregano, and salt and pepper. Heat to a boil, cover and reduce heat to low; simmer 20 minutes. Stir in wine during the last 5 minutes of simmer if desired. Serve over your favorite pasta.
