Instructions: Bake cake cubes in an 11- by 7-inch pan at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until lightly toasted. Set aside.
Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; add sugar, and cook, stirring often, 5 minutes. Stir in juice and rum; cook 3 minutes. Stir in vanilla and cinnamon. Add banana, and cook 3 minutes. Arrange cake on individual plates. Spoon banana mixture over cake; drizzle with any remaining sauce, and sprinkle with nuts. Serve warm with frozen yogurt, if desired.
