Instructions: Wash and clean 1 lb. livers
Chop 2 onions and brown in some butter. Add the livers, and cook till not pink. Add a can of Mushroom soup, a dash of Kitchen Bouquet for color, and a can of sliced or button mushrooms, drained. Salt and Pepper to taste. Add a dash of sherry if desired and stir in. Serve on rice, noodles, or toast points. Email this Recipe:
