3-4 cloves garlic, chopped % lemon, juiced Blend all ingredients in a food processor or mash with a potato masher, adjusting consistency with a little water if desired. Now you can make a quick, homemade version of this Middle Eastern favorite. We use umeboshi paste for added flavor. Serve as a dip with chiPs or with warm pita bread.
