Instructions: In a large saucepan over medium heat combine milk, egg beaters and sugar. Stir until thickened. Remove from heat. Mix in the extracts. Cover and chill.
Before serving, stir in 1/4 cup brandy and nonfat milk to taste. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon. Serves 8. NOTES : Heres a safe egg nog, lower in cholesterol. Email this Recipe:
