Instructions: Cook sausage or ham and drain. Beat eggs slightly and add milk, salt, mustard, and cheese. Put bread slices in the bottom of a 9X13" casserole and cover with egg mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 deg. F for 30 minutes.
