Instructions: Combine beef, 2 eggs, breadcrumbs, milk and seasonings. Press into 4 to 6 foil meat or tarts pans (4 1/2x1 1/4-inches). Make a deep indentation in the middle. Barbecue over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes or until top is set. Drain, if necessary. Break open 1 egg into the hollow of each meat patty. Cover with foil, or close barbecue lid and barbecue until egg has cooked. Drizzle tomato sauce around each egg and sprinkle with chopped tomato and onion.
