Instructions: Mix all ingredients. Pour into a 9" pie pan. Sprinkle the top with more Nutmeg and bake until golden brown....usually about 45 minutes.

This make its own fine crust. It you prefer a thicker crust, pour into frozen pie shell. serves 6
