4 slc bacon diced
1 jar coarsely shredded chipped beef (6 oz.) pour boiling water over 1/2 of it drain quickly
1/4 cup butter
1 qt milk
1 can mushrooms (4 oz., or 2)
1/2 cup flour
pimentos
Instructions:
Instructions: Dice the bacon, cook until crisp, remove pan from heat. Add chipped beef, butter and 3/4 of the mushrooms. Mix well. Sprinkle flour and pepper over mix. Gradually add milk. Cook until thick and smooth, stirring constantly. Add pimento. Set aside.

Eggs: 16 eggs, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1-cup evaporated milk, 1/4 cup melted butter, reserved mushrooms

Combine first three ingredients in a 9 x 13 inch glass pan; scramble in the butter. Add more pimento if desired.

Alternate for two and two layers, ending with sauce. Garnish with mushrooms. Cover, store in refrigerator at overnight. Bake at 275 degrees for one hour.
