Instructions: In a stainless steel, glass or enamel saucepan, combine the cornstarch with a little of the eggnog and blend until smooth.

Blend in the remaining eggnog and cook over boiling water or on controlled heat, stirring frequently, until thick and bubbly.

Add extract and cool.
