Instructions: Beat egg lightly, add cream and beat. Add salt and enough flour to make a stiff dough. Knead well and let stand covered 1/2 hour. Roll out paper thin on a floured cloth. Roll into long roll and cut through to make noodles. Lay out on cloth to dry. When ready to use, drop into boiling chicken broth and cook about 10 minutes.
