4 lrg	Hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/4 cup	(1 ounce) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 sm	Green onion, chopped
2 tbl	Mayonnaise
2 tbl	Salsa
1 tbl	Sour cream
1/8 tsp	Salt
1/8 tsp	Pepper
	Lettuce leaves
4 x	Regular-size taco shells
	----------------- GARNISHES ----------------
	Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine first 8 ingredients. Spoon evenly into lettuce-lined taco shells.

Garnish, if desired, and serve with salsa.

Makes 4 servings.
