2 cup	milk
1 tsp	dry mustard
2 slc	day-old bread cubed
1 lb	sausage cooked, drained,
	and crumbled

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all ingredients except cheese. Let stand overnight in refrigerator in 9- by 12-inch casserole.

Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
