1/4 cup bacon, fried & crumbled
3 slc bread
3 x eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dry mustard
Instructions:
Instructions: Fry bacon until light brown. Brush bread with bacon drippings: cut slices into pieces to fit 1 1/2-quart casserole.

Arrange in layers; sprinkle each with bacon. Combine eggs, milk, and seasonings; pour over bread. Bake at 350 degrees until mixture does not adhere to inserted knife, about 45 minutes.
