Instructions: Brown the sausage and drain. Cut each slice of bread into 4 slices. Beat eggs, milk, and seasonings. Layer half the sausage, toast, and cheese.

Pour half the egg mixture over the toast. Repeat layers. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Can make up the night before and bake in the morning.
