1/2 tsp Fructose or 1 tsp. sugar
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 x garlic buds, minced or 3/4 tsp. minced garlic in a jar
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Instructions: Dissolve fructose in vinegar, add all remaining ingredients except oil; mix well. Stir in oil, place in a jar. Shake vigorously for 1 minute. Store in refrigerator.
