Instructions: Crumble tofu into sm bowl. In a separate bowl, combine vinegar, mustard, honey and turmeric. Mix thoroughly and pour over crumbled tofu. Add celery, onion, parsley, paprika and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Refrigerated approx. 30 min. to allow flavors to meld.
