1 x 1 3/4 Ounce Vanilla Pudding Mix
2 cup Milk
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
Instructions:
Instructions: Place pudding mix in a 2-quart saucepan and gradually add milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thick. Stir in nutmeg and remove from heat. Cool to lukewarm.

Place cream in bowl. Attach bowl and wire whip. turn to speed 8 and whip until stiff. Reduce to speed 2 and add pudding and rum, mixing just until blended. Serve warm.

NOTES : Bestow this rich rum and nutmeg topping on warm gingerbread or steamed plum pudding.
