12 x eggs, separated
1 lb powdered sugar
1 x fifth dark rum, Brandy, bourbon or
rye,
1 qt whipping cream
1 qt whole milk
Instructions:
Instructions: Beat egg/yolks until light in color. Then beat in powdered sugar. Add 2 cups of liquor of choice, beating constantly. Let above mixture stand for one hour to dispel egg taste. Then add the rest of the liquor, whipping cream, and whole milk. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Before serving, beat egg whites until stiff but not dry and fold into mixture. Serve with nutmeg.
