Instructions: Grease oblong casserole dish. Preheat oven to 375. Break open chilies and wash out seeds. Line bottom of dish with chilies. Slice cheese into medium size pieces and place on top of chilies. Beat eggs with sour cream until well blended and smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture carefully over chilies and cheese. Bake uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes. Eggs are done when knife comes out clean.
