Instructions: Have 1 quart jar sterilized with sealable lid. Peel and cool eggs. Peel and chop garlic. Combine salt and vinegar; bring to rapid boil.
While waiting, place garlic and pepper in bottom of jar. Add eggs; pour boiling vinegar into filled jar and seal. Wait 3 days and its ready to serve. This recipe yields 1 dozen eggs. Email this Recipe:
