Instructions: Hald boil eggs, ten minutes. Cool and peel.
Halve eggs and remove yolks. Reserve a few shrimps for garnish. Place yolks, shrimp, mayonnaise, lemon juice, herbs and seasoning in food processor and blend to a soft, smooth paste. Add more mayonnaise if necesary. Fill paste into a piping bag with a star nozzle, pipe rosettes into egg whites, sprinkle with paprika and garnish each egg with a shrimp and a small sprig of parsley.
