Instructions: Cook celery, green pepper, onion, and mushrooms in butter until tender.
Blend in flour. Add milk. Cook stirring, until thickened. Stir in cheese, salt, Worchestershire, and sherry. Stir until cheese is melted. Add chopped eggs. Reheat. Serve over spaghetti.
