Instructions: Hard boil the eggs shell and halve them.
Place the mayonnaise in a bowl grate and crumble in the cheeses and stir in the cream. Sprinkle lightly with pepper. Shred the lettuce finely and toss it with the watercress sprigs and mint. Divide the salad between 4 individual plates arrange 3 egg halves on each cut sides down and spoon on the mayonnaise. Garnish with the tomato wedges. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
