Beat eggs, and add with corn syrup, salt, and vanilla to the creamed mixture; beat well. Stir in chocolate chips, nuts, and bourbon. Pour filling into crust. 3. Place pie on lowest rack in oven. Bake for 45 minutes. Makes 1 pie Dont know where the name of this pie came from, but it is one of the best pecan, chocolate pies Ive ever tasted.
