FOR 1 LB LOAF ----------------
1/2 tbl Yeast
2 cup Bread flour
1/2 cup Yellow cornmeal
1/3 tsp Salt
1/3 tsp Sugar
1 whl egg
2 tsp Butter
1/3 cup Whole-kernel corn, drained
2 tsp Canned chopped green chilies
1/3 cup Sharp cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 cup Water
----------------- FOR 1-1/2 LB LOAF ----------------
1 pkt Yeast
3 cup Bread flour
3/4 cup Yellow cornmeal
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Sugar
1 whl egg
1 tbl Butter
1/2 cup Whole-kernel corn, drained
1 tbl Canned chopped green chilies
1/2 cup Sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions:
Instructions: Load ingredients into breadmachine pan according to manufacturers directions. Bake on light crust setting. "Yeast" refers to active dry yeast. Warm refrigerated ingrediants to room temperature. Do not use delayed timer. Serve warm.
