Instructions: Ive had this recipe for years - cant remember where I got it.

Boil first 4 ingredients together for 6 minutes. Put remaining ingredients in large bowl. Pour boiling syrup over and beat until chocolate is all melted. Pour into a 9 x 12 x 2 inch pan. Let stand a few hours before cutting.
