Instructions: Saute meat and onions (do not brown, just cook slowly until onions are transparent). Drain off the fat. Add tomato sauce and sliced olives. Heat through. Put sour cream, cottage cheese and chile peppers in bowl and mix. In a large flat buttered casserole, put layer of crushed chips to cover bottom (thin layer). Then add layer of meat mixture, a layer of sour cream mixture, and a layer of grated cheese. Repeat layers ending with grated cheese. Garnish with stuffed green olives and large chips. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes until good and hot.
