Instructions: Mix all ingredients in a large heavy saycepan. Bring to a boil and simmer, uncovered, stirring often, until fruit are very tender, 40-40 minuntes. Ladel into hot, sterilized half-pint jars and seal. Process in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes. Cool and store in refrigerator after opening.
Makes about 8 jars. NOTES: This chutney is sweet-tart and is especially good with simple broiled or raosted meats Email this Recipe:
