Instructions: Melt butter, saute garlic and green onions, but do not brown. Stir in flour and chicken stock; bring to a boil and cook 2 minutes. Pour mixture into a food processor or blender. Add mushrooms and process until smooth.
Pour into a pan; add cream and tarragon and reheat, but do not boil. Pour into 6 serving bowls and garnish each with a tablespoon of sour cream. Email this Recipe:
