4 lb beef brisket
1 lrg onion, sliced
1 tsp salt
1 tbl flour
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup sweet Concord Passover wine
Instructions:
Instructions: Brown meat in Dutch oven or heavy roasting pan.. If meat is very lean, use a little oil to brown. Add sliced onion and brown. Sprinkle salt, pepper and flour onto meat. Add orange juice and wine to pan.

Cover and roast at 350 degrees for about 3 hours or until tender or cook on stove over medium heat for same length of time.

Serves 8-10.
