Instructions: Mix in heavy 2-quart saucepan sugar, milk, marshmallows, butter and salt.

Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat and bring to heavy boil. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted. Add nuts and vanilla. Spread in 8-inch square pan. (Christmas is not complete without Ellas fudge!)

Makes 30 pieces.
