2 lrg Onions
1/2 cup Butter
1 lrg Loaf stale white bread
1/2 cup Water
1 cup Sliced celery
2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 tbl Bells Seasoning (up to 1/2)
Instructions:
Instructions: Chop onion fine. Cook in butter until soft but not brown. Add bread crumbs, water, celery, salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning. Mix well. Add beaten egg. if not moist enough, add more water or melted butter. Enough for 12-15 lb. turkey.
