3 cup cake flour
2 stk salted butter (room temp)
3 cup sugar
7 lrg eggs (room temp)
1 cup heavy cream
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Grease and flour one 10 inch tube pan shake out extra flour.

2. into a bowl sift flour twice

3. into another bowl with electric mixer beat together sugar and butter until well mixed.

4. To butter mixture add eggs beating well after each one, beat in 1/2 of flour mixture and beat in cream then remaining flour on high speed 5 minutes.

then beat in vanilla.

5. Pour batter into pan and put into cold oven, set oven to 350. bake 1 hour and 15 minutes, until cake tester comes out clean, cool cake in pan on rack 5 minutes. then remove from pan and cool completely. Dust with confectioners sugar.
