Yield:
1
Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
500 gm Ground Beef (Hamburger)
1 x Tin Tomatoes (seasoned, chopped or not)
1 x Red Capsicum Chopped Finely
1 x Onion Chopped Finely
1 tsp Garlic Crushed
1 tbl Cumin Powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
Chili Powder (optional)
1 pkt Puff Pastry (6 Sheets) - Frozen
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to moderate (180C). Lightly grease your baking trays.

Heat oil in large saucepan, add cumin and saute until fragrant (do not burn). Add onion and saute until soft and clear. Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink. Add chopped capsicum, salt, pepper and chili (if you like it hot) and then your tin of tomatoes.

Simmer until flavours are blended and meat is thoroughly cooked. Allow to cool to a temperature that will not melt your frozen pastry or burn your fingers!

Cut your frozen pastry sheets into 4 smaller squares. Place a spoonful of meat mixture into the corner and fold pastry over to enclose in a triangle shape (this is the shape best for me, however feel free to cut your pastry into circles etc). Place the triangles on greased trays and place in oven for approx. 20 minutes or until pastry is puffed and golden.

Warning, these little treats are very addictive!
