500 gm Emu steak, chopped
70 gm Bacon rashers, chopped
150 gm Onion, chopped
1 clv garlic
10 gm Flour
30 gm Tomato paste
125 ml Red wine
125 ml Water
5 gm beef stock, cube or powder
200 gm small mushrooms, halved
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Combine bacon, onion and garlic in shallow dish cook for five minutes. Stir in flour, steak tomato paste, wine crumbled stock cube and mushrooms. Cover.

2. Cook for 35 minutes or until steak is tender.

3. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
