Amount Ingredient
1 lb Prime emu partially frozen,
and then sliced paper thin
1 tbl Vegetable oil
2 x Garlic cloves minced
1 pkt Frozen cut green beans - (10 oz) thawed
2 tsp Sugar
2 tsp Soy sauce
1/2 tsp Crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp Ground ginger
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 tsp Rice vinegar
Instructions:
Instructions: Stir-fry emu and garlic in oil in hot skillet for 2 minutes. Add beans, stir-fry additional 4 minutes until beans are tender. Push emu and beans to one side of pan. Add remaining ingredients stirring constantly. Stir in emu and beans. Serve immediately with hot cooked rice.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
